Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and modern, making my stay very comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness and the dingy appearance of the room. The service was a letdown, with rude and unaccommodating staff impacting my experience negatively. On the bright side, the location was perfect for my family, right near the main casino and shopping spots. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering good food but lacking variety on some days.
The hotel has rooms that were a little dated but very clean and comfy with comfortable beds, facing Lake Tahoe on the highest floor with balconies, which was very nice. The service was a mix of very friendly staff and some issues with professionalism and vehicle handling. The location is excellent, close to dining, casinos, and other attractions, though a bit crowded. The dining options were varied but not exceptional. Generally recommended for a stay.
The hotel has stunning views of Lake Tahoe from the balconies on the highest floor, but the rooms could use some updating and improved housekeeping. The service was lacking friendliness and accommodation, especially from the manager. The location is convenient with good amenities nearby, but noise from outside affected the rest quality. The dining options offered good variety but fell short in freshly prepared meals. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs improvements in various areas.
I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Lake Tahoe. The rooms were located on the highest floor with balconies facing the stunning Lake Tahoe, but they lacked extra pillows and blankets. Unfortunately, there was no bath plug, only two small pillows per bed, no bottled water available, and the pull-out sofa seemed unclean. It would have been nice to have a stool in the room, especially for families with young kids.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious 2-room suites suitable for families or couples. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they felt slightly outdated. The service was generally efficient and friendly, though there was an unfortunate incident with the floor manager during our son's wedding preparations. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Heavenly Village, but weekends could get noisy. Although the pricing had hidden fees, the proximity to attractions made it a convenient choice.
